Laborat\u00f3rium inteligentn\u00fdch d\u00e1tov\u00fdch anal\u00fdz (LIDA)<\/strong> Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty Univerzity Pavla Jozefa \u0160af\u00e1rika v\u00a0Ko\u0161iciach (UPJ\u0160) pod veden\u00edm doc. RNDr. Gabriela Semani\u0161ina, PhD., vzniklo v\u00a0r\u00e1mci rie\u0161enia projektu zo \u0160F E\u00da \u201eCaKS \u2013 Centrum excelentnosti informatik\u00fdch vied a\u00a0znalostn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov\u201c<\/strong> (ITMS 26220120007) a\u00a0je umiestnen\u00e9 v\u00a0budove Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UPJ\u0160 na Jesennej 5. LIDA<\/strong> sl\u00fa\u017ei na efekt\u00edvnu virtu\u00e1lnu kolabor\u00e1ciu geograficky vzdialen\u00fdch t\u00edmov, centr\u00e1lny monitoring a archiva\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pre videokonferen\u010dn\u00e9 aktivity centra excelentnosti. Umo\u017e\u0148uje tie\u017e prezent\u00e1ciu v\u00fdsledkov vedeckov\u00fdskumn\u00fdch kolekt\u00edvov, ako aj doktorandov a \u0161tudentov magistersk\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fadia p\u00f4sobiacich v oblasti znalostn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed.<\/p>\n LIDA bolo v\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu CaKS vybaven\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dkovou v\u00fdpo\u010dtovou a prezenta\u010dnou technikou, ako aj \u0161pecializovanou technikou na zber d\u00e1t v\u00a0celkovej sume 307 369,79 \u20ac. Rekon\u0161trukcia priestorov v\u00a0celkovej v\u00fd\u0161ke 15 258,81 \u20ac bola hraden\u00e1 z\u00a0toho ist\u00e9ho projektu a\u00a0zo zdrojov \u00dastavu informatiky PF UPJ\u0160.<\/p>\n Distribuovan\u00e9 d\u00e1tov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017eisko<\/strong> je integr\u00e1lnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou LIDA a umo\u017e\u0148uje zdie\u013eanie d\u00e1t a\u00a0v\u00fdpo\u010dtov (obr. 1). Jeho z\u00e1kladom je distribuovan\u00e1 infra\u0161trukt\u00fara pozost\u00e1vaj\u00faca z\u00a0centr\u00e1lneho servera a \u00falo\u017eiska<\/strong> umiestnen\u00e9ho v\u00a0Ko\u0161iciach (UPJ\u0160) a\u00a0z\u00a0dvoch satelitn\u00fdch \u00falo\u017en\u00fdch serverov umiestnen\u00fdch v\u00a0Banskej Bystrici (Univerzita Mateja Bela) a\u00a0v\u00a0\u017diline (\u017dilinsk\u00e1 Univerzita). Ka\u017ed\u00fd uzol tohto prepojenia pozost\u00e1va z patri\u010dne dimenzovan\u00e9ho viacprocesorov\u00e9ho servera<\/strong>, diskov\u00e9ho po\u013ea<\/strong> a z\u00e1lo\u017enej jednotky<\/strong>, umiestnen\u00fdch v mont\u00e1\u017enom stojane so stabilizovan\u00fdm a\u00a0z\u00e1lohovan\u00fdm zdrojom nap\u00e4tia. Pre prepojenie \u00falo\u017en\u00fdch komponentov vn\u00fatri uzla bola navrhnut\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia Fibre Channel<\/strong>. Uzly s\u00fa vz\u00e1jomne prepojen\u00e9 akademickou sie\u0165ou SANET v\u00a0pr\u00edpojn\u00fdch miestach s\u00a0d\u00e1tovou priepustnos\u0165ou 1 Gb\/s<\/strong>. Infra\u0161trukt\u00fara sl\u00fa\u017ei na zhroma\u017e\u010fovanie d\u00e1t, v\u00fdvoj a\u00a0testovanie algoritmov na vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie, triedenie, reprezent\u00e1ciu a\u00a0interpret\u00e1ciu znalost\u00ed. Konfigur\u00e1ciu centr\u00e1lneho uzla v\u00a0Ko\u0161iciach<\/strong> tvor\u00ed:<\/p>\n Prezenta\u010dn\u00fa zostavu<\/strong> laborat\u00f3ria tvoria 2 \u00a0d\u00e1tov\u00e9 projektory \u00a0Optima EP782<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0s\u00a0HDMI vstupmi a\u00a0 WiFi modulmi, pl\u00e1tnom a\u00a0prep\u00edna\u010dom obrazu a demon\u0161tra\u010dn\u00fd po\u010d\u00edta\u010d HP Compaq 8100 Elite<\/strong> s\u00a0n\u00edzkou hlu\u010dnos\u0165ou a dvoma grafick\u00fdmi v\u00fdstupmi (obr. 2). Na riadenie, monitorovanie a z\u00e1znam videokonferen\u010dn\u00fdch prenosov sa pou\u017e\u00edva monitorovac\u00ed server HP ML150 G6<\/strong>. Na pr\u00e1cu v\u00a0laborat\u00f3riu s\u00fa k\u00a0dispoz\u00edcii mobiln\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 stanice HP EliteBook 8540p <\/strong>(10 ks) (obr. 3). Laborat\u00f3rium disponuje vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00fdm internetov\u00fdm pripojen\u00edm s akt\u00edvnymi sie\u0165ov\u00fdmi komponentmi a\u00a0EVO setom <\/strong>pre realiz\u00e1ciu videokonferenci\u00ed (obr. 4).<\/p>\n Zostava na zber d\u00e1t<\/strong> je tvoren\u00e1 tromi \u0161pecifick\u00fdmi pr\u00edstrojmi:<\/p>\n 1. Zariadenie EEG 2\/32 \u2013 Brainfeedback III<\/strong> (obr. 5 a\u00a06) s programom Brainfeedback III firmy Alien je ur\u010den\u00e9 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm\u00a0 na vykon\u00e1vanie profesion\u00e1lnej tr\u00e9ningovej terapie EEG biofeedback, ale vzh\u013eadom na to, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 doplni\u0165 softv\u00e9r o\u00a0ukladanie nameran\u00fdch \u00fadajov, zariadenie a\u00a0pridan\u00fd softv\u00e9r s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 na z\u00e1znam \u00fadajov, ktor\u00e9 sa bud\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 pri modelovan\u00ed niektor\u00fdch procesov pomocou umel\u00fdch neur\u00f3nov\u00fdch siet\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 2. Digit\u00e1lny ultrazvukov\u00fd diagnostick\u00fd pr\u00edstroj WED-180<\/strong> (obr. 7) pou\u017e\u00edva mikropo\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fa technol\u00f3giu s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm, pou\u017e\u00edva mikropo\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fa kontrolu, digit\u00e1lny skenovac\u00ed konvertor, digit\u00e1lnu tvorbu l\u00fa\u010dov, dynamick\u00fd otvor v\u00a0re\u00e1lnom \u010dase, dynamick\u00fa prij\u00edmaciu apodiz\u00e1ciu v\u00a0re\u00e1lnom \u010dase, dynamick\u00e9 zaostrovanie v\u00a0re\u00e1lnom \u010dase, digit\u00e1lny frekven\u010dn\u00fd sken, multisekven\u010dn\u00e9 zaostrovanie, dynamick\u00e9 filtrovanie a\u00a0rob\u00ed korel\u00e1ciu sn\u00edmok. Tieto mo\u017enosti n\u00e1m poskytuj\u00fa \u010dist\u00fd a stabiln\u00fd obraz s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm. Aj ke\u010f sa toto zariadenie m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v\u00a0nemocniciach, ambulanci\u00e1ch a\u00a0na klinik\u00e1ch pre vy\u0161etrenie vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch org\u00e1nov (pe\u010de\u0148, mo\u010dov\u00fd mech\u00far, slezina, obli\u010dky a\u00a0in\u00e9), v\u00a0LIDA sa bude vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 hlavne na z\u00edskavanie a\u00a0zaznamen\u00e1vanie n\u00edm vytvoren\u00fdch \u00fadajov (pod doh\u013eadom odborn\u00edkov), aby sa mohlo pracova\u0165 s\u00a0text\u00farami takto z\u00edskan\u00fdch obrazov a\u00a0z\u00a0nich z\u00edskava\u0165 inform\u00e1cie o\u00a0anom\u00e1li\u00e1ch v\u00a0obrazoch.\u00a0 Pr\u00edklad ultrazvukov\u00e9ho obr\u00e1zku dlane je na obr. 8.<\/p>\n 3. NextEngine 3D Scanner HD<\/strong> (obr. 9) skenuje objekty v\u00a0plnej farbe pomocou laserovej technol\u00f3gie s\u00a0dostato\u010dnou presnos\u0165ou. Jeho prelomov\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia spracovania 3D obrazu poskytuje rozsiahle mo\u017enosti pou\u017eitia v\u00a0r\u00f4znych oblastiach, napr\u00edklad\u00a0 pri vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed r\u00f4znych n\u00e1vrhov v\u00fdrobkov a\u00a0tvarov, v\u00a0umen\u00ed, v\u00a0medic\u00edne.
