T\u00edm QMAGNA je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou Centra fyziky ve\u013emi n\u00edzkych tepl\u00f4t SAV a UPJ\u0160 – Centra excelentnosti a tvor\u00ed univerzitn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 tohto celku. Teraj\u0161\u00edm cie\u013eom skupiny je sk\u00fama\u0165 n\u00edzkorozmern\u00e9 magnetick\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm jednomolekulov\u00e9 nanomagnety a in\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na b\u00e1ze supravodi\u010dov a sklovit\u00fdch polovodi\u010dov s vyu\u017eit\u00edm nanotechnol\u00f3gi\u00ed pre ich perspekt\u00edvne vyu\u017eitie v kvantov\u00fdch po\u010d\u00edta\u010doch. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen t\u00edmu so svojimi diplomantmi a doktorandmi m\u00e1 sformulovan\u00fd vlastn\u00fd vedeck\u00fd program, pri\u010dom spolo\u010dnou \u010drtou je \u0161t\u00fadium preva\u017ene n\u00edzkorozmern\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov v celej ich mnohorakosti. Pr\u00e1ve v\u010faka tejto mnohorakosti doch\u00e1dza v r\u00e1mci t\u00edmovej spolupr\u00e1ce zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00facej napr. zdie\u013eanie metod\u00edk, vz\u00e1jomn\u00fa pomoc a hlavne kritick\u00e9 diskusie ku tvorbe nov\u00fdch postupov a n\u00e1padov, \u010dasto vy\u00fastiacich do spolo\u010dn\u00fdch \u201emikroprojektov\u201c vo forme spolo\u010dn\u00fdch publik\u00e1ci\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
T\u00edm dop\u013a\u0148a aj b\u00fdval\u00fd postdoktorand na Karlovej univerzite v Prahe RNDr. V. Tk\u00e1\u010d, PhD. a v t\u00edme sa pravidelne striedaj\u00fa aj odborn\u00edci zo zahrani\u010dia. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti tu p\u00f4sobia prof. M. Meisel (University of Florida, Gainesville) a postdoktorand Dr. S. Vorobiov (Sumy State University, Ukraine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
V t\u00edme s\u00fa dlhodobo a cie\u013eavedome pestovan\u00e9 f\u00e9rov\u00e9 a priate\u013esk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy zalo\u017een\u00e9 na vz\u00e1jomnom re\u0161pekte a zmysle pre spolupr\u00e1cu. \u010clenovia t\u00edmu sa riadia kr\u00e9dom, \u017ee tvorivej pr\u00e1ci najviac sved\u010d\u00ed pokojn\u00e9 a \u00fastretov\u00e9 prostredie. Treba zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee aj \u0161tudenti, ktor\u00ed prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa pracova\u0165 do t\u00edmu, sa v \u0148om c\u00edtia dobre. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je t\u00edm vekovo vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd, nekonfliktn\u00fd a vl\u00e1dne v \u0148om vynikaj\u00faca priate\u013esk\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen t\u00edmu zodpoved\u00e1 za prev\u00e1dzku jedn\u00e9ho a\u017e dvoch experiment\u00e1lnych aparat\u00far, \u010dlenovia t\u00edmu r\u00f4znym podielom pru\u017ene participuj\u00fa na v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch t\u00e9mach.
