Eur\u00f3pska charta v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov je s\u00faborom v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch z\u00e1sad a podmienok, ktor\u00e9 stanovuj\u00fa \u00falohy, povinnosti a n\u00e1roky v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov, ako aj zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov a\/alebo organiz\u00e1cie financuj\u00face v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov. Cie\u013eom tejto charty je zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby povaha vz\u0165ahu medzi v\u00fdskumn\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edkmi a zamestn\u00e1vate\u013emi alebo financuj\u00facimi organiz\u00e1ciami prispievala k \u00faspe\u0161nej pr\u00e1ci pri vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed, prenose, zdie\u013ean\u00ed a \u0161\u00edren\u00ed vedomost\u00ed a technologick\u00e9ho rozvoja a k rozvoju kari\u00e9ry v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Charta tie\u017e potvrdzuje hodnotu v\u0161etk\u00fdch foriem mobility ako prostriedku na posilnenie profesion\u00e1lneho rozvoja v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov. V tomto zmysle charta vytv\u00e1ra pre v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov a financuj\u00face organiz\u00e1cie r\u00e1mec, ktor\u00fd ich vyz\u00fdva p\u00f4sobi\u0165 zodpovedne a profesion\u00e1lne v r\u00e1mci svojho pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia a navz\u00e1jom sa uzn\u00e1va\u0165. Charta je ur\u010den\u00e1 v\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00fdskumn\u00fdm pracovn\u00edkom v Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanii vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1di\u00e1ch ich kari\u00e9ry a t\u00fdka sa v\u0161etk\u00fdch oblast\u00ed v\u00fdskumu v \u0161t\u00e1tnom a s\u00fakromnom sektore, bez oh\u013eadu na povahu funkcie alebo zamestnania, na pr\u00e1vne postavenie ich zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea alebo typ organiz\u00e1cie alebo in\u0161tit\u00facie, v ktorej sa pr\u00e1ca vykon\u00e1va. Zoh\u013ead\u0148uje rozmanit\u00e9 \u00falohy v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa poveren\u00ed nielen uskuto\u010d\u0148ova\u0165 v\u00fdskum a\/alebo vykon\u00e1va\u0165 \u010dinnosti v oblasti v\u00fdvoja, ale plnia aj \u00falohy spojen\u00e9 s doh\u013eadom, poradenstvom, riaden\u00edm alebo administrat\u00edvou.<\/p>\n\n\n
