Umiestnenie laborat\u00f3ria<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Laborat\u00f3rium pre \u0161t\u00fadium Zeta-potenci\u00e1lu je umiestnen\u00e9 v priestoroch \u00dastavu fyzik\u00e1lnych vied Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UPJ\u0160 v Ko\u0161iciach, Park Angelinum 9.

Experiment\u00e1lne vybavenie laborat\u00f3ria<\/strong><\/h4>\n

V Laborat\u00f3riu pre \u0161t\u00fadium Zeta-potenci\u00e1lu umiestnen\u00e1 aparat\u00fara MALVERN Zetasizer ZS na meranie hodn\u00f4t Zeta-potenci\u00e1lu na meranie distrib\u00facie ve\u013ekosti \u010dast\u00edc, molekulovej hmotnosti, stanovenie pH pomocou met\u00f3dy DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering). Zariadenie umo\u017e\u0148uje mera\u0165 \u010dastice ve\u013ekos\u0165ou v intervale ve\u013ekost\u00ed: 0.3nm a\u017e 10 mikrometrov, rozsah pre Zeta potenci\u00e1l je stanoven\u00fd : 3.8nm a\u017e 100 mikrometrov, rozsah meran\u00fdch uhlov je : 12.8\u00b0 a 175\u00b0, s vodivos\u0165ou: 0 a\u017e 200mS\/cm a teplotou: 0\u00baC to 90\u00baC. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou zariadenia je optick\u00e1 jednotka s 633 nm He-Ne laserom, cela na meranie Zeta potenci\u00e1lu ako funkcie pH, vodivosti a koncentr\u00e1cie ako aj zariadenie na odplynenie meracieho priestoru.

V\u00fdskumn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti<\/strong><\/h4>\n

V\u00fdskumn\u00fdm zameran\u00edm Laborat\u00f3ria pre \u0161t\u00fadium Zeta-potenci\u00e1lu je experiment\u00e1lne \u0161t\u00fadium fyzik\u00e1lnych vlastnost\u00ed nanomateri\u00e1lov, konkr\u00e9tne stanovenie hodn\u00f4t Zeta- potenci\u00e1lu, stanovenie distrib\u00facie ve\u013ekosti \u010dast\u00edc hydrodynamickou met\u00f3dou. Meranie prebieha pri izbovej teplote. Zeta potenci\u00e1l je parameter charakteristick\u00fd pre popis povrchovej vrstvy pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok. Generuje sa na rozhran\u00ed medzi povrchom a okolitou kvapalinou, tzv. elektrickou dvojvrstvou. Zeta potenci\u00e1l reprezentuje povrchov\u00fd n\u00e1boj, ktor\u00fd vznik\u00e1 v pr\u00edtomnosti vodn\u00e9ho roztoku, kde doch\u00e1dza k disoci\u00e1cii funk\u010dn\u00fdch skup\u00edn hydrofiln\u00fdch povrchov, alebo k adsorpcii ani\u00f3nov na hydrof\u00f3bny povrch. U koloidn\u00fdch disperzi\u00ed a roztokov nano\u010dast\u00edc sa Zeta potenci\u00e1l stanovuje pomocou elektroforetick\u00fdch alebo elektroakustick\u00fdch met\u00f3d, ktor\u00fdmi sa meria pohyb nabit\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc v elektrickom poli. Zeta potenci\u00e1l je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm parametrom pre pos\u00fadenie vhodnosti pou\u017eitia nano\u010dasticov\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov v biologick\u00fdch tkaniv\u00e1ch.
