Laborat\u00f3rium Physical properties measurement system (PPMS) a Magnetic properties measurement system (MPMS) je spolo\u010dn\u00fdm pracoviskom Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UPJ\u0160 a \u00dastavu experiment\u00e1lnej fyziky SAV v Ko\u0161iciach. Vybudovan\u00e9 bolo v r. 2005 – 2006 v r\u00e1mci vl\u00e1dneho projektu \u201eRozvoj kryog\u00e9nnej z\u00e1kladne v Ko\u0161iciach\u201c, a roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci rie\u0161enia projektov zo \u0161truktur\u00e1lnych fondov \u201eExtrem – Budovanie Centra pokroko\u010dil\u00fdch fyzik\u00e1lnych \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed materi\u00e1lov v extr\u00e9mnych podmienkach ITMS 26220120047 a ITMS 26220120005 a in\u00fdch projektov \u0160F<\/strong>, a in\u00fdch projektov M\u0160 SR, realizovan\u00fdch na UPJ\u0160 a \u00daEF SAV. Laborat\u00f3rium je umiestnen\u00e9 v priestoroch \u00dastavu fyzik\u00e1lnych vied Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UPJ\u0160 v Ko\u0161iciach, Park Angelinum 9. V Laborat\u00f3riu s\u00fa umiestnen\u00e9 dve \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 zariadenia firmy Quantum Design:<\/p>\n \tMo\u017enosti meran\u00ed\/v\u00fdskum:<\/strong> \t<\/p>\n \tPPMS OPTIONS:<\/strong> Temperature Accuracy: 0.5% @ 0 T \t\u00a0<\/li>\n \tMo\u017enosti meran\u00ed\/v\u00fdskum:<\/strong> \t<\/p>\n \tVybran\u00e9 \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie:<\/strong> \t<\/p>\n Vyu\u017eite\u013enos\u0165 experimentov na PPMS vych\u00e1dza zo skuto\u010dnosti, \u017ee pomocou sledovania termodynamick\u00fdch a transportn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed l\u00e1tok je mo\u017en\u00e9 zisti\u0165 a, vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine, aj kvantifikova\u0165 f\u00e1zov\u00e9 prechody alebo magnetick\u00e9 a \u0161trukt\u00farne podsyst\u00e9my l\u00e1tky. Vyu\u017eitie pr\u00edstrojov a aparat\u00far je mo\u017en\u00e9 po dohode s ved\u00facimi laborat\u00f3ria a po zaraden\u00ed do meracieho kalend\u00e1ra.
Aj v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je pracovisko roz\u0161irovan\u00e9 o \u010fal\u0161ie aparat\u00fary a metodiky.

Pomocou na\u0161ich aparat\u00far je mo\u017en\u00e9 sledova\u0165 magnetick\u00e9 vlastnosti l\u00e1tok s ve\u013ek\u00fdm magnetick\u00fdm momentom (siln\u00fdm sign\u00e1lom) a tie\u017e l\u00e1tky diamagnetick\u00e9.
U magnetick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u0161tudova\u0165 tie\u017e dynamick\u00e9 procesy v l\u00e1tke, ktor\u00e9 poukazuj\u00fa na relaxa\u010dn\u00e9 procesy v\/medzi podsyst\u00e9mami l\u00e1tky.
