Laborat\u00f3rium vzniklo v r\u00e1mci rie\u0161enia projektu \u0160truktur\u00e1lnych fondov – V\u00fdskumn\u00e9 centrum progres\u00edvnych materi\u00e1lov a technol\u00f3gi\u00ed pre s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 a bud\u00face aplik\u00e1cie \u201ePROMATECH\u201c.

Laborat\u00f3rium je umiestnen\u00e9 v priestoroch \u00dastavu fyzik\u00e1lnych vied Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UPJ\u0160 v Ko\u0161iciach, Park Angelinum 9.

V laborat\u00f3riu je umiestnen\u00fd Skenovac\u00ed hallovsk\u00fd mikroskop (Scanning Hall probe microscope-SHPM) od spolo\u010dnosti attocube. Mikroskop predstavuje kombin\u00e1ciu lok\u00e1lnej magnetometrie pomocou miniat\u00farneho hallovsk\u00e9ho senzora (vysok\u00e1 citlivos\u0165 v magnetickom poli) a skenovacieho tunelov\u00e9ho mikroskopu STM (vysok\u00e9 priestorov\u00e9 rozl\u00ed\u0161enie). Nav\u00e1dzanie senzora k povrchu vzorky je realizovan\u00e9 pomocou STM, meranie lok\u00e1lnej magnetiz\u00e1cie potom prebieha po\u010das skenovania senzora v tesnej bl\u00edzkosti povrchu vzorky (vzdialenos\u0165 senzora od vzorky je len nieko\u013eko sto nanometrov). Pohyb vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch troch smeroch zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa piezokry\u0161t\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa hrub\u00fd aj jemn\u00fd pohyb. Skenovanie je mo\u017en\u00e9 v rozsahu 30×30 \u03bcm2<\/sup>, hrub\u00fd posuv umo\u017e\u0148uje pohyb v okne 5×5 mm2<\/sup>. Samotn\u00fd hallovsk\u00fd senzor na sn\u00edmanie magnetick\u00e9ho po\u013ea je vyroben\u00fd z polovodi\u010dovej GaAs hetero\u0161trukt\u00fary. Priestorov\u00e9 rozl\u00ed\u0161enie meran\u00fdch magnetick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk je dan\u00e9 ve\u013ekos\u0165ou senzora. K dispoz\u00edcii s\u00fa senzory s hranou 2 \u03bcm pre va\u010d\u0161ie a 400 nm pre ve\u013emi jemn\u00e9 magnetick\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary. Mikroskop je umiestnen\u00fd v kryomagnetickom syst\u00e9me, ktor\u00fd pozost\u00e1va z 4He kryostatu s VTI vlo\u017ekou a supravodiv\u00e9ho magnetu. Najni\u017e\u0161ia opera\u010dn\u00e1 teplota je 1.8 K a najvy\u0161\u0161ie magnetick\u00e9 pole je 7 T. Mikroskop umo\u017e\u0148uje neinvaz\u00edvne mapovanie magnetick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed supravodi\u010dov a magnetick\u00fdch vzoriek s vysok\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm. Realizuje lok\u00e1lne magnetick\u00e9 merania pri ve\u013emi n\u00edzkych teplot\u00e1ch a vysok\u00fdch poliach. Pomocou neho sa m\u00f4\u017eu zobrazova\u0165 rozlo\u017eenia v\u00edrov a z\u00e1chytn\u00fdch centier v pniktidoch, kupr\u00e1toch a in\u00fdch supravodi\u010doch, mera\u0165 lok\u00e1lne magnetick\u00e9 pole magnetick\u00fdch nano\u0161trukt\u00far, \u0161tudova\u0165 pam\u00e4\u0165ov\u00e9 m\u00e9di\u00e1, magnetick\u00e9 dom\u00e9ny a pod.
