Laborat\u00f3rium infra\u010dervenej (I\u010c) spektroskopie \u00dastavu experiment\u00e1lnej fyziky SAV pod veden\u00edm RNDr. Nat\u00e1lie Toma\u0161ovi\u010dovej, CSc. (nhudak@sake.sk) bolo vybudovan\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci rie\u0161enia projektov zo \u0161truktur\u00e1lnych fondov \u201eDobudovanie Centra pre kooperat\u00edvne javy a f\u00e1zov\u00e9 prechody v nanosyst\u00e9moch s perspekt\u00edvou vyu\u017eitia v nano- a biotechnol\u00f3gi\u00e1ch vyu\u017eitia v nano- a biotechnol\u00f3gi\u00e1ch“ (ITMS 26220120033<\/strong>), \u201eDobudovanie infra\u0161trukt\u00fary pre v\u00fdskum nanosyst\u00e9mov s perspekt\u00edvou vyu\u017eitia v technickej a medic\u00ednskej praxi (ITMS 26210120012<\/strong>) a \u201eEduka\u010dn\u00e9 centrum pre v\u00fdskum a v\u00fdvoj komplexn\u00fdch nanosyst\u00e9mov\u201c (\u201eECVV-NANOKOP\u201c) (ITMS 26110230061<\/strong>). Laborat\u00f3rium I\u010c spektroskopie je umiestnen\u00e9 v priestoroch \u00dastavu fyzik\u00e1lnych vied Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UPJ\u0160 v Ko\u0161iciach, Park Angelinum 9. V Laborat\u00f3riu I\u010c spektroskopie je umiestnen\u00fd \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd v\u00e1kuov\u00fd FTIR spektrometer VERTEX 80v od firmy Bruker, ktor\u00fd bude doplnen\u00fd o infra\u010derven\u00fd mikroskop, Ramanov modul a Ramanaov mikroskop<\/strong>. V\u00e1kuov\u00fd FTIR spektrometer VERTEX 80v<\/strong> m\u00e1 pracovn\u00fd rozsah od 5 do 25 000 cm-1 (t.j. od \u010falekej infra\u010dervenej oblasti a\u017e po vidite\u013en\u00fa). Spektrometer je vybaven\u00fd prietokov\u00fdm h\u00e9liov\u00fdm kryostatom umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00facim pracova\u0165 v rozsahu tepl\u00f4t od 300 do 4 K. Pr\u00edstroj je tie\u017e vybaven\u00fd pr\u00eddavn\u00fdmi zariadeniami umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00facimi meranie v reflexnom aj transmisnom m\u00f3de.

V\u00e1kuov\u00fd FTIR spektrometer VERTEX 80v umo\u017e\u0148uje \u0161tudova\u0165 v\u0161etky typy materi\u00e1lov v kvapalnom aj v pevnom skupenstve (pr\u00e1\u0161ky, monokry\u0161t\u00e1ly, polykry\u0161t\u00e1ly). V\u010faka hermeticky uzatv\u00e1racej meracej komore, umo\u017e\u0148uje tie\u017e merania v inertn\u00fdch atmosf\u00e9rach, \u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eite v pr\u00edpade materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa napr. hydroskopick\u00e9 a teda si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa \u0161pecifick\u00e9 podmienky merania.
Infra\u010derven\u00e1 spektroskopia patr\u00ed do skupiny nede\u0161trukt\u00edvnych analytick\u00fdch met\u00f3d, pri ktor\u00fdch sk\u00faman\u00e1 vzorka nie je anal\u00fdzou po\u0161koden\u00e1.
