Laborat\u00f3rium SCES je umiestnen\u00e9 v priestoroch Centra fyziky n\u00edzkych tepl\u00f4t \u00dastavu fyzik\u00e1lnych vied Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UPJ\u0160 v Ko\u0161iciach a \u00dastavu experiment\u00e1lnej fyziky SAV, Park Angelinum 9, 041 54 Ko\u0161ice.
\u00a0<\/p>\n
V Laborat\u00f3riu SCES s\u00fa umiestnen\u00e9 nasledovn\u00e9 zariadenia:
Home-made 3He-4He rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165ac\u00ed minirefriger\u00e1tor (obr. 1) s chladiacim v\u00fdkonom 20 \uf06dW, minim\u00e1lnou teplotou 28 mK a maxim\u00e1lnym experiment\u00e1lnym priestorom 35 mm.
Dva kryomagnetick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my s 10 T magnetmi (obr. 1) a 4He-prietokov\u00fdmi kryostatmi do 1.5 K od firmy Oxford Instruments.
Mikrokalorimeter pre merania tepelnej kapacity relaxa\u010dnou met\u00f3dou v intervale tepl\u00f4t 0.03-3K (obr. 2). Podobne je k dispoz\u00edcii dr\u017eiak vzoriek \/ sonda pre merania elektrick\u00e9ho odporu a Hallovho javu v minirefriger\u00e1tore \/ 4He-prietokovom kryostate.
Dve vysokotlakov\u00e9 kom\u00f4rky: jedna piestikov\u00e1 valcov\u00e1 kom\u00f4rka do 3 GPa s pracovn\u00fdm priestorom do 4 mm od firmy EasyLab spolu s tlakovac\u00edm lisom, druh\u00e1 home-made diamantov\u00e1 kovadlinkov\u00e1 kom\u00f4rka (DAC) do 12 GPa s experiment\u00e1lnym priestorom do 0.5 mm (obr. 3).
Pre pr\u00edpravu merania elektrick\u00e9ho odporu pri vysokom tlaku sl\u00fa\u017eia nasleduj\u00face zariadenia:<\/p>\n
V laborat\u00f3riu sa nach\u00e1dza aj met\u00f3da mikrokontaktovej spektroskopie.
\u00a0<\/p>\n
V\u00fdskumn\u00fdm zameran\u00edm Laborat\u00f3ria SCES je experiment\u00e1lne \u0161t\u00fadium tepeln\u00fdch, magnetick\u00fdch a transportn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed silne korelovan\u00fdch elektr\u00f3nov\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov, ale aj in\u00fdch tuh\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (monokry\u0161t\u00e1lov alebo tenk\u00fdch vrstiev) v teplotnej oblasti 30 mK – 300 K, v magnetick\u00fdch poliach do 10 T a pri vysok\u00fdch tlakoch do 12 GPa.
