V s\u00fa\u010dasnej dobe, kedy sa svet ocitol v epicentre najhor\u0161ej pand\u00e9mie od roku 1920 sa vedeck\u00e9 t\u00edmy cel\u00e9ho sveta sna\u017eia svoj v\u00fdskum zamera\u0165 na diagnostiku, lie\u010dbu a zmiernenie ekonomick\u00fdch a soci\u00e1lnych dopadov pand\u00e9mie koronav\u00edrusu SARS-CoV-2. Z toho d\u00f4vodu sa Agent\u00fara na podporu v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja (APVV) Slovenskej republiky rozhodla podpori\u0165 projekty, s najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm vedeck\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lom v boji proti chorobe COVID19. Z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu 111 \u017eiadost\u00ed bolo agent\u00farou financovan\u00fdch 24 \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fdch projektov. Jedn\u00fdm z nich je aj projekt EDEVIR<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd vznikol na z\u00e1klade spolupr\u00e1ce medzi Lek\u00e1rskou a Pr\u00edrodovedeckou fakultou UPJ\u0160, ktor\u00e9ho ved\u00facim rie\u0161ite\u013eom je jednozna\u010dne jeden z najlep\u0161\u00edch infektol\u00f3gov s\u00fa\u010dasnosti, predseda Slovenskej spolo\u010dnosti infektol\u00f3gov profesor Pavol Jar\u010du\u0161ka<\/strong>.\u00a0 V\u00fdskumn\u00fd t\u00edm Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty <\/strong>je zlo\u017een\u00fd z mlad\u00fdch vedcov Dr. Martina Panigaja<\/strong>, Dr. Jany Shepa<\/strong> a Dr. Ivany \u0160i\u0161ol\u00e1kovej<\/strong>. Pod veden\u00edm sk\u00fasenej profesorky Ren\u00e1ty Ori\u0148akovej<\/strong> z Katedry fyzik\u00e1lnej ch\u00e9mie \u00dastavu chemick\u00fdch vied, intenz\u00edvne pracuj\u00fa na v\u00fdvoji nov\u00e9ho typu elektrochemick\u00e9ho senzora, ktor\u00fd by mohol predstavova\u0165 prelomov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob detekcie v\u00edrusov.<\/p>\n Aktu\u00e1lne je r\u00fdchla diagnostika pr\u00edtomnosti v\u00edrusu SARS-CoV-2 v \u013eudskom tele limitovan\u00e1 nemo\u017enos\u0165ou vykona\u0165 „bed side PCR test“ alebo zjednodu\u0161ene povedan\u00e9 test, ktor\u00fd by n\u00e1m umo\u017enil testova\u0165 kdeko\u013evek, bez nutnosti \u0161pecializovan\u00e9ho odbern\u00e9ho t\u00edmu. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti s\u00fa ve\u013emi ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 a zn\u00e1me antig\u00e9nov\u00e9 testy, ktor\u00e9 deteguj\u00fa antig\u00e9ny v\u00edrusu v kr\u00e1tkom \u010dase, no s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 s n\u00edzkou senzitivitou a \u0161pecificitou. R\u00fdchla a presn\u00e1 diagnostika je pritom limituj\u00faca pre v\u010dasn\u00fa identifik\u00e1ciu pozit\u00edvneho pacienta, pos\u00fadenie jeho kontaktov a promptn\u00fd epidemiologick\u00fd z\u00e1sah. Jednou z podmienok efekt\u00edvnej diagnostiky je aj jej celkov\u00e1 cenov\u00e1 dostupnos\u0165. Preto sa prebiehaj\u00faci v\u00fdskum zaober\u00e1 v\u00fdvojom elektrochemick\u00e9ho senzora, ktor\u00fd je schopn\u00fd efekt\u00edvne a r\u00fdchlo detegova\u0165 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 v\u00edrusu napr\u00edklad v slin\u00e1ch. Senzor bude naviac kvantitat\u00edvny, teda bude perspekt\u00edvne detegova\u0165 aj mno\u017estvo v\u00edrusov\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc vo vzorke.
