Congratulations to the students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of UPJŠ who succeeded with their innovative start-up project in the Innovation Centre of Košice Region competition! Our students Barbora Hennelová (applied mathematics), Miroslav Hennel (progressive materials), Filip Deák (mathematics-informatics) and Lukáš Kollárovič (computer science) presented the OWASmooth technology and achieved great success in the prestigious ICKK Startup Akcelerátore ICKK.
OWASmooth: Optimisation With Advanced Smoothing takes data quality to a new level. This new technology combines exceptional speed, accuracy and flexibility to reliably remove errors while preserving trends important for prediction and optimization of measured data. It is an ideal solution for a variety of sensor types, from industrial applications to advanced smart IoT technologies.
