Anot\u00e1cia:<\/strong><\/p>\n Problematika udr\u017eate\u013enosti zdravotnej sp\u00f4sobilosti na v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce je vzh\u013eadom na nezastavite\u013en\u00fd proces starnutia pracovnej sily nanajv\u00fd\u0161 aktu\u00e1lnou t\u00e9mou. Projekt sa zaober\u00e1 vybran\u00fdmi aspektmi BOZP, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 ve\u013emi bl\u00edzko k ot\u00e1zke zdravotnej (ne)sp\u00f4sobilosti zamestnanca, preto\u017ee jej hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom je pr\u00e1ve ochrana zamestnanca pred nepriazniv\u00fdmi vplyvmi a snaha udr\u017ea\u0165 ho disponovan\u00e9ho na v\u00fdkon dohodnutej pr\u00e1ce. Rie\u0161ite\u013ea spomedzi rizikov\u00fdch faktorov pr\u00e1ce selektuj\u00fa rozv\u00edjaj\u00face sa psychosoci\u00e1lne faktory a identifikuj\u00fa ich vplyvy na du\u0161evn\u00e9 zdravie zamestnancov kv\u00f4li st\u00fapaj\u00facej tendencii n\u00e1rastu du\u0161evn\u00fdch por\u00fach. V nadv\u00e4zuj\u00facej rovine procesu zis\u0165ovania a posudzovania zdravotnej (ne)sp\u00f4sobilosti zamestnanca sa rie\u0161itelia venuj\u00fa s\u00favisiacim hmotnopr\u00e1vnym a procesnopr\u00e1vnym ot\u00e1zkam v komplexnom poh\u013eade od v\u0161eobecnej korel\u00e1cie inform\u00e1cii o zdravotnom stave v. pr\u00e1va na s\u00fakromie; cez pr\u00ed\u010diny zdravotnej nesp\u00f4sobilosti (pracovn\u00fd \u00faraz, choroba z povolania, v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 ochorenie); zodpovednos\u0165 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea; a\u017e po vyd\u00e1vanie, n\u00e1le\u017eitosti a pracovnopr\u00e1vne d\u00f4sledky lek\u00e1rskych posudkov. So zrete\u013eom na zvolen\u00e9 oblasti sk\u00famania, m\u00e1 projekt interdisciplin\u00e1rny charakter. Nosnou sf\u00e9rou sk\u00famania je oblas\u0165 pracovn\u00e9ho, ob\u010dianskeho pr\u00e1va a pr\u00e1va soci\u00e1lneho zabezpe\u010denia s prep\u00e1jan\u00edm poznatkov soci\u00e1lnej a behavior\u00e1lnej medic\u00edny.<\/p>\n Annotation:<\/strong><\/p>\n In the view of unstoppable process of aging workforce is sustainability of health capacity to perform the work up – to –\u00a0date subject. Project deals with the selected aspects of OHS which is very close to the issue of health (dis)ability of employee. The cardinal purpose is to protect employee against the adverse effects and an effort to sustain employee disposed to perform agreed work. Participants of the project select emerging psychosocial factors among the risk factors and identify their impacts on the mental health of employees because of the increasing number of mental diseases. In the following process of finding and assesing of health capacity\/health disability of employee the project participants deal with the substantive and procedural issues in complex view, from the general correlation of health state information v. right to the privacy; through reasons of health disability (occupational accident, occupational disease, common disease); accountability of employer; the issuing, terms and labour \u2013 law consequences of a medical opinion. In regard to selected fields of research the project has an interdisciplinary character.
