JUDr. Peter \u010curo\u0161, PhD. is an assistant professor at Gustav Radbruch Institute of Law Theory. He has been dealing with the issues of fundamental rights and the rule of law, legal ethics, professional responsibility, a relationship between law and morality, issues of unjust law and innovative teaching methods. For study, teaching and research activity, he spent\u00a0 long-term stays at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Washington and Lee University, School of Law.
Within his research activity he has been participating in research grants on\u00a0 Ethical and human-rights aspects of ICT, Election Census in 21st Century, Constitutional Principle in Law-Making and Law-Realization and he was granted a scholarship for his project Legal Ethics by SAIA,n.o. \u2013National scholarship programme and by Foundation of Tatra Bank \u2013 \u0160tudenti do sveta (Students into the world) for the project at Washington and Lee University, Lexington, VA.<\/p>\n
