JUDr. Peter Čuroš, PhD. is an assistant professor at Gustav Radbruch Institute of Law Theory. He has been dealing with the issues of fundamental rights and the rule of law, legal ethics, professional responsibility, a relationship between law and morality, issues of unjust law and innovative teaching methods. For study, teaching and research activity, he spent long-term stays at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Washington and Lee University, School of Law.
Within his research activity he has been participating in research grants on Ethical and human-rights aspects of ICT, Election Census in 21st Century, Constitutional Principle in Law-Making and Law-Realization and he was granted a scholarship for his project Legal Ethics by SAIA,n.o. –National scholarship programme and by Foundation of Tatra Bank – Študenti do sveta (Students into the world) for the project at Washington and Lee University, Lexington, VA.
