With a new name for the scientific conference, we build on its previous years to present and share the latest knowledge and experience in the field of physical activity in an interdisciplinary approach to health in the life of contemporary people, communities, and society.
We create space to cooperate and develop more broadly conceived international and national research projects and professional platforms in the given field.
Dear colleagues,
we are kindly inviting you to the 5th international scientific conference „ Physical Activity, Health and Quality of life “, which will take place at the beautiful location of Ružín in eastern Slovakia (20km away from Košice).
After four successful conferences “Recreational Sport, Health, Quality of Life “ we have decided to continue with a new name “Physical Activity, Health and Quality of life”. The theme of the conference creates space for meeting professionals in the field of physical activity in various areas of health and the quality of life of individuals, communities, and the whole society. We create space for the interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge and experience.
We believe that this conference, as the ones before, is a great opportunity for targeting the issue of a healthier life for individuals and their physical, mental, and social well-being. Physical activity and sports are important tools to improve the quality of life in the challenging conditions which the modern lifestyle brings along.
