In order to ensure safe environment and keep the risk of infection to a minimum, the Institute of physical Education and Sport had to modify the selection of sport activities in the winter semester.
Student can choose one of the following modules:
Module A, Time – table
Full time weekly courses: SM system, Yoga, Volleyball, Aerobic, Tennis, Badminton, Table tennis, Gym workout, Pilates, Body Balance, Chess (students who have already registered for these activities in AIS 2 does not have to take any further action)
Contact sport activities and high-risk activities had to be cancelled: Floorball, Football, Basketball, Aikido, Functional training, Swimming

Outdoor activities (Fridays, Saturdays):

Activities performed by students during their leisure time (Preferably endurance sports: running, cycling etc.)
Students´ efforts will be controlled by Mobile app STRAVA – Guidelines
