Provides quick answers to clinical questions and synthetic recommendations for treatment and patient care. It is suitable not only for clinical use, but also for teaching in medical schools, faculties of nursing, and for continuing education of physicians and health care professionals. HOW TO WORK WITH THE DATABASE: To use the database you need to create your own account. Registration must take place on the UPJŠ Internet network. On the UpToDate website, you will fill out a form that can be accessed by clicking Register Now. Use your institutional email when registering. Fill in all fields in the form. Pay attention to the instructions for creating a username and password. After completing all items, confirm your registration by clicking on Send Verification Code. A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered and you will need to confirm it in the form within 10 minutes. Once the verification code has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email of successful registration. You can then use your own account without being bound to the IP address of UPJŠ. However, every 90 days you need to log in at least once from a computer on the institutional network. |
