The database provides access to the premier collection of e-journals in the field of medicine from renowned publisher Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (LWW), which includes titles from the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) as well as OVID Medline.

Provides quick answers to clinical questions and synthetic recommendations for treatment and patient care. It is suitable not only for clinical use, but also for teaching in medical schools, faculties of nursing, and for continuing education of physicians and health care professionals.
– To use the database you need to create your own account.
– Registration must take place on the UPJŠ Internet network.
– On the UpToDate website, you will fill out a form that can be accessed by clicking Register Now.
– Use your institutional email when registering. Once you have completed the form and created an account, you will confirm the authorization email that will arrive in the specified email inbox.
– You can then use your own account without being bound to the IP address of UPJŠ. However, you must log in at least once every 90 days from a computer on the institutional network.
