She is currently Director of UNIPOC University Counselling Center. She is a graduate of a single-discipline master’s degree in Psychology and PhD in Social Psychology and Organizational Psychology. She is a member of the Society for the Study of Emerging Adulthood, has attended conferences in Prague, Vilnius, and Washington, DC. In her continuing education, she attended a training program at the University of Iceland in Reykjavik (a career management training, information technology in career guidance and networking) and visited Career Centers at the University of Oxford and the University of Aberdeen. She provides individual career counselling and is in charge of organizing events such as UPJŠ Career Day, Career Half Hour or ŽivoToPíš. She addresses issues such as difficulties in moving from a higher education to a labor market, preparing a career plan, identifying student skills, writing a CV or motivational letter, preparing for an interview, and specializing in the career of students in European institutions.
She likes creative work, working with active students and believes that if a person wants to change something, they have to start working on themselves first.
