On Wednesday, March 12th at 11:15 AM, we invite you to a webinar titled Stress, coping strategies and mental resilience. Stress is necessary part of our lives. Sometimes it helps us to provide better performance or to deal with more difficult tasks. But there are situations too, where it doesn´t work in this way and that´s why it is important to recognize when the stress becomes problem, what are the emotional and physical symptoms and how we can react under stress. It´s important to identify the sources and triggers of stress. In the last part of the webinar, we will learn how to build mental resilience and how to be prepared for more demanding periods of our life.
