V na\u0161ich laborat\u00f3ri\u00e1ch sa sna\u017e\u00edme o etablovanie met\u00f3d, ktor\u00fdmi dok\u00e1\u017eeme pripravi\u0165 prote\u00edny\/enz\u00fdmy s definovan\u00fdmi vlastnos\u0165ami. V spolupr\u00e1ci s na\u0161imi kolegami na Univerzite v Z\u00fcrichu sa chyst\u00e1me v na\u0161ich laborat\u00f3ri\u00e1ch etablova\u0165 expresiu eukaryotick\u00fdch prote\u00ednov v hmyz\u00edch bunk\u00e1ch. To n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed produkova\u0165 aj prote\u00edny s posttransla\u010dn\u00fdmi modifik\u00e1ciami s vysok\u00fdm v\u00fd\u0165a\u017ekom pre akademick\u00e9 aj potenci\u00e1lne pre biotechnologick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely.<\/p>\n
