\nV s\u00fa\u010dasnosti existuje viacero diagnostick\u00fdch testov na COVID-19, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne pr\u00edstupy napr\u00edklad RT-PCR, LAMP, detekcia zalo\u017een\u00e1 na CRISPR, antig\u00e9nov\u00e9 testy, protil\u00e1tkov\u00e9 testy a in\u00e9. Presnos\u0165 a \u0161pecificita spom\u00ednan\u00fdch pr\u00edstupov je r\u00f4zna. Zlat\u00fdm \u0161tandardom v diagnostike je met\u00f3da PCR kv\u00f4li vysokej presnosti a \u0161pecificite vo vymedzenom \u010dasovom r\u00e1mci v priebehu ochorenia. Z toho d\u00f4vodu je potrebn\u00e9 zoh\u013eadni\u0165 \u010dasov\u00fd r\u00e1mec a podmienky, po\u010das ktor\u00fdch je dosahovan\u00e1 deklarovan\u00e1 presnos\u0165 a \u0161pecificita. Na predn\u00e1\u0161ke stru\u010dne rozoberieme princ\u00edp jednotliv\u00fdch testov ako aj ich v\u00fdhody a limit\u00e1cie. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je potrebn\u00e9 \u010falej vyv\u00edja\u0165 nov\u00e9 vysoko v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 a pod\u013ea mo\u017enost\u00ed aj automatizovan\u00e9 diagnostick\u00e9 a detek\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy, ktor\u00e9 by umo\u017e\u0148ovali efekt\u00edvne monitorovanie epid\u00e9mie v re\u00e1lnom \u010dase ako aj pre data-based mana\u017ement protipandemick\u00fdch opatren\u00ed.
