Integrated Services for Infectious Disease Outbreak Research
ISIDORe
The ISIDORe consortium will improve Europe’s global services and research capacities by becoming a key ERA tool to support research on epidemic-susceptible pathogens and focus on:
- contributing to the fight against the rise of SARS-CoV-2 variants through a global, integrated challenge-based approach by providing rapid access to cutting-edge resources and services, scientific user communities to support evidence-based development or adaptation.
- contributing to Europe’s preparedness for any outbreak-prone pathogen through a global, integrated and preparedness-led approach by providing access to cutting-edge resources and services to scientific user communities to support their infectious disease research projects in “peacetime” as well as during epidemics.
