Made of Plants
The schedule focuses on, for example, well-known textile species (Agave sisalana, Bamboos, Chorisia speciosa, Gossypium), tropical plants that we know in the form of beverages or meals (Coffea arabica, Theobroma cacao, Oryza sativa, Saccharum officinale) or use them as spices (Piper nigrum, Vanilla planifolia, Laurus nobilis).
Exotics on a Plate
The schedule introduces many tropical plants, the fruits of which we may currently commonly buy in retail chains or experience on an exotic holiday (Persea americana, Musa x paradisiaca, Mangifera indica, Carica papaya, Eryobotria japonica, Artrocarpus heterophylus, Averhoa carambola, …).
Subtropical Useful Plants
The schedule introduces commonly or less known subtropical fruits, such as citrus and other subtropical species (Ficus carica, Olea europaea, Ceratonia siliqua, Diospyros kaki, Feijoa sellowiana, Ficus carica,… ).
The Best in the Plant Realm
Through the schedule, you will learn more about interesting facts and secrets in the plant realm, on the way of life of succulent plants, on the fact that plants also move (Mimosa), on the fastest growing plants (bamboos), on plant dinosaurs (Araucaria heterophylla, Wolemia nobilis), you may learn that plants can swim on floats (Eichhornia) or live attached to the bark of other plants (Epiphytes) and many other things.
