In addition, university has an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/pracoviska\/ccvapp\/podpora-projektov\/grantove-schemy\/vvgsupjs\/\">internal grant system of UPJ\u0160 in Ko\u0161ice<\/a> in place within the university, and the Faculty of Medicine has a similar system of support for young researchers \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/en\/faculty-of-medicine\/current-students\/phd-study\/grant-system\/\">Internal Grant system for PhD students<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/app\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/09\/Obrazok2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13132\" width=\"241\" height=\"191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/app\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/09\/Obrazok2.jpg 482w, https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/app\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2022\/09\/Obrazok2-300x238.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 241px) 100vw, 241px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Student scientific conferences are organized every year, as well as many scientific and professional events, including international ones, at which doctoral students can present results in the field of their scientific research activities. The university has an accredited third degree of university study (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/lekarska-fakulta\/en\/current-students\/phd-study\/accredited\/\" class=\"ek-link\">PhD study<\/a>) in the following fields of study: general medicine, dental medicine, pharmacology, public health.
