Long-term cooperation with laboratory of prof. Dr. Hans-Joachim Gabius from Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich and laboratory of prof. MD. Karel Smetana, DrSc. from Institute of Anatomy, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University is focused on glycobiology and cell interactions in tumors and wounds. Recently, our laboratory has also been involved in development of active and antibacterial wound dressings, especially with Prague Burn Centre, Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and University Hospital Kralovske Vinohrady, the group of Ing.
