Reiman in Pre\u0161ov and representatives of the Faculty of Medicine, UPJ\u0160- the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, UPJ\u0160 prof. Daniel Pella, M.D., PhD. and the Vice-Dean for Scientific Research prof. Peter Jar\u010du\u0161ka, M.D., PhD. was held at the Teaching Hospital J. A. Reiman in Pre\u0161ov on Friday, September 23, 2022.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Faculty of Medicine, UJP\u0160, and the Teaching Hospital J. A. Reiman in Pre\u0161ov, among whom was the hospital director Ing. \u013dubom\u00edr \u0160arn\u00edk and the Deputy Director for LPS for non-surgical disciplines, Boris Mavrodiev, M.D.,\u00a0spoke together about the possibilities of improving the quality of teaching of the students of the Faculty of Medicine, UPJ\u0160, and the possibility of practical teaching of the sixth-year students of the study programme General Medicine at the Teaching Hospital J. A. Reiman in Pre\u0161ov.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Currently, the teaching is carried out at four workplaces of this hospital-at the cardiac center and the internal, surgical, and urological clinics this academic year on the basis of the valid Agreement on the establishment of a specialized teaching facility and practical teaching of students of a public university between the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice and the Teaching Hospital J. A. Reiman in Pre\u0161ov.<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8220;For the Faculty of Medicine, UPJ\u0160, and its students, the expansion of the possibilities of contact teaching is always a benefit and an enrichment of teaching, because it helps to improve their practical experience and contributes to their better preparation for their future work,&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> says the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, UPJ\u0160 prof.
