Two students of Bachelor\u2019s study programmes, six Slovak medical students and four foreign medical students were awarded. <em>Congratulations!<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The commendations were given to students by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, UPJ\u0160 prof. Daniel Pella, M.D., PhD., who, in an informal debate, commemorated the November events of 30 years ago and the different status of students now and in the past. The brief history of the International Student\u2019s Day and its importance was reminded by the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Medicine assoc. prof. \u017delm\u00edra Macejov\u00e1, M.D., PhD., MPH.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Dean for Educational Activities for the 1st to 3rd year of Study Programme General Medicine in Slovak Language prof. Eva Mech\u00edrov\u00e1, M.D., CSc., the Vice-Dean for Study Programme General Medicine in English Language assoc. prof. Pavol Kristian, M.D., the Vice-Dean for Further Education and Non-Medical Study Programmes assoc. prof. Jozef Firment, M.D., PhD., the Head of the Department of Student Affairs Ing.
