The specialization study in the accredited specialization study program expands the knowledge and skills acquired through the study and professional practice. UPJŠ Faculty of Medicine has a total of 32 accredited specialized study programs, of which:
- 24 for the medical profession doctor
- 2 for the medical profession dentist
- 4 for the medical profession nurse
- 1 for the medical profession physiotherapist
- 1 for the medical profession doctor, dentist, nurse
The certification preparation in the accredited certification study program acquires the knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of certified work activities. Certification training can be a part of a specialization study. If the certification preparation is a part of a specialization study, the medical worker will also acquire the graduate professional competence to perform the relevant certified work activities. UPJŠ Faculty of Medicine has a total of 7 accredited certification study programs, of which:
- 5 for the medical profession doctor
- 2 for the medical profession dentist
