The Faculty of Medicine, UPJŠ condemns military aggression in Ukraine and expresses solidarity with the Ukrainian people

     The Faculty Board expresses serious concern about what is happening in the country of our immediate neighbor.    
    The Faculty of Medicine, UPJŠ prepares students for the most humane profession of doctors and other medical professions, so we condemn Russia’s arbitrary military act in Ukraine, which not only seriously violates international law and threatens peaceful stability in Europe but will result in unnecessary loss of innocent lives.  We express our unequivocal support for an independent Ukraine, and we express solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
