The Award of the President of the Košice Self-governing Region of the year 2020 was awarded to the Head of the Associated Tissue Bank, FM UPJŠ Ján Rosocha, D.V.M., CSc. at the ceremony of the highest awards of the Košice Self-governing region at the State Theater in Košice on Sunday, September 04, 2021.
He was honored with the award for excellent results in the field of cell therapy research, the development of the most modern workplace for the preparation of tissue and cell transplants on a national level, and a significant contribution to the laboratory diagnostics of a new coronavirus.
Ján Rosocha, D.V.M., CSc. could not personally attend the awards ceremony and his daughter Zuzana took over the award.
