The Academic Senate is one of the self-governing boards of the faculty, which participates in its management and day-to-day running, for example by approving internal regulations, important documents and rules, or the budget. Among other things, the Academic Senate elects the dean and other representatives of the faculty, thus playing one of the most important roles in its structures.
