Nosnou t\u00e9mou diskusie boli ot\u00e1zky zos\u00fala\u010fovania pracovn\u00e9ho a osobn\u00e9ho \u017eivota, pr\u00e1ce a rodiny mu\u017eov a \u017eien, a to nielen v akademikom prostred\u00ed. Diskusia bola ve\u013emi in\u0161pirat\u00edvna a otvorila mnoho ot\u00e1zok, n\u00e1metov a postrehov v danej oblasti.
Ver\u00edme, \u017ee podujatie tohto form\u00e1tu nebolo posledn\u00e9, lebo otv\u00e1ranie priestoru na diskusiu aj o t\u00fdchto ot\u00e1zkach nesporne patr\u00ed k univerzitnej atmosf\u00e9re, ke\u010f\u017ee samotn\u00e1 univerzita sa spolupodie\u013ea na tvorbe podmienok pre prax zos\u00fala\u010fovania pracovn\u00fdch a osobn\u00fdch \u017eivotov svojich zamestnank\u00fd\u0148 a zamestnancov.
Diskusn\u00e9 stretnutie sa uskuto\u010dnilo pod z\u00e1\u0161titou Komisie pre rodov\u00fa rovnos\u0165 na UPJ\u0160 a v r\u00e1mci projektu VVGS \u201eTvorba Pl\u00e1nu pre rodov\u00fa rovnos\u0165 na UPJ\u0160\u201c.<\/p>\n
