The invitation to Ko\u0161ice was accepted by representatives of each of the participating institutions within the consortium, namely Center for Interdisciplinary Addiction Research at the University of Hamburg (Germany, coordinating institution of the consortium), Charles University (Czech Republic), Maria Grzegorzewska University (Poland), Laboratory of Research and Social Initiatives, Ltd (Poland), and Republican Center for Addictive Disorders (Lithuania). The three-day event included a variety of activities of a professional as well as networking character – participants learned about the current status of the project implementation through the presentation of case studies, intervention protocols as well as partial results of the intervention in five European cities. Discussions took place on the further planned outputs of the project related to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention as well as its impact on the local context and policies in the countries concerned. With the approaching end date of the project life-cycle, individual steps were also planned in this respect within the consortium as well as towards the European Commission. Last but not least, discussions were held on the possibilities of future cooperation between the participating institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
