Our guest speaker, Mr Bradley M. Gardner, Political and Economic Officer of the US Embassy, gave a wonderful presentation on the American musical renaissance from the late 19th century until the Great Depression. The lecture was open for everybody at the BAS Department and it was attended by 50 students who learned about American society, musical innovations of that time through Mr Gardner´s in-depth knowledge of the topic.

We are very grateful to Mr Gardner for his wonderful presentation and we also want to thank Ms Elena Raab Bianchi, Public Engagement Specialist of the US Embassy who co-organized the event and informed the audience about recent activities of the American Spaces in Košice.
