A survey on mental well-being will be conducted in April and May 2025 across seventeen primary schools in Košice, administered by the city of Košice. A total of 34 classes from the sixth and eighth grades are expected to participate.
“We aim to screen the mental health of students and teachers, focusing on both positive and negative factors. Collecting data is essential for designing appropriate interventions in primary schools. We guarantee that the research will be conducted properly in all aspects. Data collection will be voluntary and anonymized. Our goal is not to assess, diagnose, or compare individual schools but to gain an overall picture of mental health in Košice primary schools,” said Assoc. Prof. PhDr. Beáta Ráczová, PhD., Vice-Dean for Education.
