The first decade of June brought more precious guests to the Department of British and American Studies FF UPJŠ. Three colleagues from Kazachstan, from the University in Almaty, two colleagues from the Y. F. Chernivtsi National University in Ukraine and a colleague from the PWSZ in Pila in Poland came within their Erasmus+ mobilities to start a new cooperation (in case of Kazachstan), and to develop existing ties in both teaching and research (Ukraine and Poland). Apart from their training duties they all had an opportunity to get to know the UPJŠ, Košice and Košice Region much better and taste typical Slovak delicacies in local restaurants.
They all agreed that the UPJŠ, Košice, Region of Košice and Slovakia have much more to offer that they could think.
We look forward to welcoming them and their colleagues to our BAS Department in the next academic year.
