{"id":21117,"date":"2021-11-05T11:37:46","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:37:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/fakulta-verejnej-spravy\/actuality\/25967\/"},"modified":"2021-11-05T11:37:46","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:37:46","slug":"25967","status":"publish","type":"cpt_aktuality","link":"https:\/\/www.upjs.sk\/fakulta-verejnej-spravy\/en\/actuality\/25967\/","title":{"rendered":"Elections to the Student Council of UPJ\u0160 in Ko\u0161ice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:center\">\nStudent part of the Academic Senate<br \/>\nof the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice announces the<br \/>\nelections<br \/>\nto the Student Council<br \/>\n<strong>on November 30, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM<\/strong><br \/>\non Medick\u00e1 ul. 4 in the <strong>Cantine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\nProposals of candidates for individual faculties of UPJ\u0160 can be submitted to the mailbox located at the gatehouses of \u0160DaJ Medick\u00e1 ul. 4 and 6 and Popradsk\u00e1 street no. 66 (students accommodated in \u0160DaJ on Popradsk\u00e1 street no. 76 will deliver their proposals to the mailbox located on Popradsk\u00e1 street no. 66) in accordance with Art. 5 of the Electoral Rules for elections to the \u0160IR at UPJ\u0160, which is published on the UPJ\u0160 website in the UPJ\u0160 Academic Senate &#8211; Basic Documents section.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">The candidate&#8217;s proposal includes:<br \/>\na)\u00a0 name and surname of the candidate,<br \/>\nb)\u00a0 age of the candidate,<br \/>\nc)\u00a0 year of study,<br \/>\nd)\u00a0 form of study,<br \/>\ne)\u00a0 the name of the faculty or other part of UPJ\u0160 where the candidate is studying,<br \/>\nf)\u00a0 address and room number in \u0160DaJ (including \u0160DaJ on Popradsk\u00e1 street no. 76)<br \/>\ng)\u00a0 written consent of the candidate to the processing and storage of personal data within the scope of Art. 5, par. 2, for election needs. At the same time, the candidate&#8217;s consent to the disclosure of personal data within the scope of Art. 9, par. 1 in accordance with Art. 9, par. 2 of the Electoral Code<br \/>\nh) name, surname and signature of the person proposing the candidate (if the candidate does not nominate himself).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u2022 <a href=\"\/public\/media\/25962\/Elections-to-the-Student-Council-Proposal.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sample proposal for a representative of UPJ\u0160 students<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Proposals that meet all the requirements and will be delivered to the designated place<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">by <strong>November 23, 2021 by 17:00<\/strong> will be accepted.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Mgr.
