The principles of recruitment and selection of researchers in the context of HRS4R are included in the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.<\/a> These principles form the basis of the policy and procedures of open, transparent and merit based (OTM-R) policies and practices concentrating on recruitment, selection and employment or researchers, which aim to make research careers more attractive, while facilitating mobility and equal opportunities for all candidates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
