The Rector of the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice, in accordance with the Rector’s Decision No. 18\/2024, which lays down the rules for the support and retention of talented young researchers who have excellently completed their doctoral studies at the Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a call for talented young researchers at the University of Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik in Ko\u0161ice (UPJ\u0160).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A candidate for the position of young doctoral researcher must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– the candidate is a graduate of doctoral studies in a study programme carried out at one of the faculties of the University of Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik in Ko\u0161ice and has completed doctoral studies in the academic year 2022\/2023 or in the academic year 2023\/2024,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– the candidate achieved excellent results and\/or awards during his\/her doctoral studies,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– the candidate must meet the requirements specified for the specific topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Talented young researchers recruited to the position shall be recruited for a maximum period of two years, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The candidate for a talented young researcher position shall choose one of the topics for which he\/she is applying. The list of topics to be covered by talented young researchers at UPJ\u0160 is listed in the Annex to this call for proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
