Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice offers its university teachers and doctoral students the opportunity to attend the educational course Pedagogical Competences of University Teachers, which supports professional development. On 10 March 2025, the teachers and students will have the opportunity to deal with the topic “Inclusive Education” within the workshop dedicated to strategies and techniques for ensuring inclusion in teaching. The workshop includes topics such as cultural competence, adapting teaching materials and methods for students with special educational needs.
Participants will learn to identify the characteristics of an inclusive learning environment, adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, and create an inclusive learning environment that respects and supports student diversity.
