On the morning of September 18, 2023, a group of students arrived at the Historical Hall of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. They hailed from Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Turkey, Poland, and Bulgaria, all eager to kickstart their Erasmus+ mobility program.
The students were greeted by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Dr. h. c. prof. Mgr. Slávka Tomaščíková, PhD. Subsequently, our Erasmus coordinators introduced practical advice and information about the administrative tasks that lay ahead.
The representatives of Erasmus Student Network Košice discussed the various activities and support services available to enhance their experience. Mgr. Lenka Abrinková, PhD., from the University Counseling Center, also provided guidance and assistance.
The event also showcased the academic offerings. Ing. Mgr. Ingrid Madárová, PhD., from the Language Training Centre, introduced language opportunities, while Mgr. Patrik Berta from the Institute of Physical Education and Sport presented sport opportunities offered at UPJŠ.
As these Erasmus students set off on their journey, we hope they have a fruitful and memorable mobility experience.
