The Institute of Physical Education and Sport of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice is a workplace with a general scope of interest, which ensures for the students of the faculties a compensation for their hypokinetic lifestyle by providing several types of physical activities for them. The students of the university may choose from more than 20 types of activities: aerobic, body form, bouldering, basketball, badminton, floorball, Frisbee, yoga, Pilates, swimming, bodybuilding, run for it, indoor soccer, SM system, step aerobic, table tennis, streetball, chess, tennis and volleyball, etc.
