The J. William Fulbright Commission in Slovakia has been active since 1994. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of its establishment, a panel discussion and interviews with Fulbright alumni took place on 21 November 2024 in the Minerva Building at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. The goal of the event was to highlight the benefits of exchange visits under this programme and to inspire future applicants.
In the first part of the “Fulbright Talks” programme, successful Fulbright applicants presented their experience:
Šimon Mackovjak from the Slovak Academy of Science,
Alena Vachnová from the Dedo Foundation.
