Dear employees and students of UPJŠ in Košice,
today the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice received a threatening email message based on which the police was contacted. In coordination with the police, appropriate security measures have been taken.
Rector of UPJŠ, Prof. Daniel PELLA, is granting all UPJŠ students a Rector’s Day Off and orders all UPJŠ employees to work from home on Friday, December 6, 2024.
The teaching and working regimen will resume the regular schedule on Monday, December 9, 2024.
