announces the elections
to the Student Housing Council
to be held on November 28, 2023,
from 1:00 p. m. to 4:00 p. m. at the Reception of the Student House on Medická St. No. 4
and
from 4:30 p. m. to 5:30 p. m. at the Reception of the Student House on Popradská St. No. 66.
Proposals of candidates for individual faculties of UPJŠ can be submitted to the mailbox located at the Receptions of the Student Houses on Medická St. No. 4 and 6 and Popradská St. No. 66 (students accommodated in the Student House on Popradská St. No. 76 will deliver their proposals to the mailbox located on Popradská St. No. 66) in accordance with Art. 5 of the Electoral Rules for elections to the Student Housing Council at UPJŠ, which is published on the UPJŠ website / UPJŠ Academic Senate / Basic Documents section.
The candidate’s proposal includes:
a) name and surname of the candidate,
b) age of the candidate,
c) year of study,
d) form of study,
e) the name of the faculty or other part of UPJŠ where the candidate is studying,
f) address and room number in the Student House (including the Student Hose on Popradská St. No. 76)
g) written consent of the candidate to the processing and storage of personal data under Section 5(2) for purposes of election . At the same time, the candidate’s consent to the disclosure of personal data under Section 9(1) in accordance with Section 9(2) of the Electoral Rules,
h) name, surname and signature of the person proposing the candidate (if the candidate does not nominate himself).

Only proposals meeting all requirements and delivered to the designated place
by November 21, 2023, by 5:30 p. m., will be accepted.
