Elections to the AS UPJŠ at the rectorate and university departments will take place
on 28 February 2023
from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
under the following schedule:
- Rectorate
- Polling station: Historic Lecture Hall, 1st floor, Šrobárova 2
- From 8.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. and from 1.15 p.m. until 16.00
- For members of the academic community of the Rectorate of the UPJŠ, staff of Centre of Information and Communication Technologies, part of the staff of the University Library, UPJŠ Technology and Innovation Park, Lifelong Learning Centre and Projects Support Centre, University Counselling Centre
- Botanical garden
- Polling station: room no. SB1/122, Mánesova 23
- From 10.15 a.m. until 11.15 a.m.
- For members of the academic community of the UPJŠ Botanical Garden
- UPJŠ student accommodation
- Polling station: Medická 4 lounge
- From 11.30 a.m. until 13.00
- For members of the academic community of ÚTVŠ, ŠDaJ and parts of the staff of the University Library
If necessary, a member of the academic community for the rectorate and university departments may vote at any polling station within the specified schedule.
Candidacy may be withdrawn by the deadline of 24 February 2023 until 12.00. on the basis of a written notification to the Chairman of the EMC for elections to the AS of UPJŠ at the Rectorate and University Departments.
The voting method will be indicated on the ballot paper that each member of the academic community will receive before the vote.
