Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice invites senior staff from all UPJŠ departments to take the opportunity to develop their leadership skills.
On 24 April 2025, there will be the chance to explore the topic “Inclusion and Diversity in the Workplace.”
Through role-play exercises and discussions, participants will identify and address microaggression, create action plans to promote inclusion and diversity within their teams and workplaces, and learn how to build an inclusive and fair work environment. This will contribute to effectively addressing discrimination and promoting equality.
