On Friday, 28 February 2025, the Rector of UPJŠ in Košice, prof. MUDr. Daniel Pella, PhD, on behalf of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, and RNDr. Helena Mičková, PhD, Chair of the Coordination Trade Union Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers at UPJŠ in Košice, signed a new version of the Collective Agreement.
regulates collective relations, the rights and obligations of the parties, working conditions, and the conditions of employment at UPJŠ, individual and collective relations between the employer and its employees.
The collective agreement includes two annexes:
– Principles for the creation and use of the social fund,
– Principles for the implementation of supplementary pension savings for the year 2025
The principles shall enter into force on the date of signing of the Collective Agreement for 2025 with effect from 1 March 2025.
