call for submission of projects for the years 2024-2026
in connection with the Rector’s Decision no. 22/2023 dated 3.11.2023,
which issues the statute of the Internal Scientific Grant System of the
University of Pavel Jozef Šafárik in Košice
(VVGS) in two programs
1. “Early stage grants for doctoral students” (hereinafter referred to as ESGD) intended for doctoral students in full-time doctoral studies. The time for solving ESGD projects is set for the period from 1.5.2024 (the beginning of the project implementation may be postponed following the approval of the Agreement on the provision of the mechanism funds to support recovery and resilience) to 30.04.2026. The deadline for applications submitted via the CCVaPP UPJŠ portal is December 6, 2023 until midnight.
2. “Early stage grants for beginning researchers” (hereinafter referred to as ESGV) intended for young university teachers and researchers at the beginning of their careers (within 5 years of obtaining a PhD). The time for solving ESGV projects is set for the period from 1.5.2024 (the beginning of the project implementation may be postponed following the approval of the Agreement on the provision of the mechanism funds to support recovery and resilience) to 30.04.2026. The deadline for applications submitted via the CCVaPP UPJŠ portal is December 6, 2023 until midnight.
