Part of the Strategy of Human Resources in Research at UPJŠ was the elaboration of a GAP analysis. We obtained the information for this analysis from documents prepared by the individual faculties and workplaces of the university, analyses carried out within the HRS4R commissions, the results of a questionnaire survey, which we carried out among the UPJŠ employees and PhD students.

Based on the identified shortcomings, we specified the strengths and weaknesses of UPJŠ within the four groups of HRS4R principles, and proposed a OTM-R Checklist and an action plan to eliminate all the shortcomings.
